How the lead generation process works

Lead to Market will provide a team of specialists to fully represent your company in an effort to generate new leads and appointments with decision-makers. With your approval, we will develop phone approaches, direct marketing campaigns, and prospect lists to enable our team to open sales opportunities for you.

Utilizing the lead generation operational model, we typically recommend that our clients start with a 90 day pilot period in order to ensure that the partnership is a good fit for both sides. You may choose to end your contract at any time and you are not obligated to conduct the full 90 days if you are not satisfied. Our objective at the end of the pilot is to have a high performing team in place which can be scaled to fit your needs.

The representatives assigned to your company are fully dedicated to you. Your reps are directly managed by a “project manager” also known as a “floor manager” who is responsible for day to day operations. We recommend that you work directly with the project manager in order to ensure that all desired activities are properly implemented by the reps. The project manager is also responsible for the training and performance of new reps that join your project. You are also entitled to replace the reps assigned to you at any time and you may request an interview with new candidates at your convenience.

Every week, your project manager will conduct a status meeting with you in order to go over the weekly reports and to ensure that targets are being met. The weekly reports on each rep include; the number of dials conducted per day, the number of follow-ups/referrals in their pipeline, the names of the companies that were targeted, the number of meetings booked, the number of meetings which occurred and the strategy for the following week.

In addition to the project manager, an account manager is assigned to your project. The account manager’s role is to ensure that you are getting the maximum value out of your Lead to Market representatives and project manager. Our account managers hold a bi-weekly meeting with you in order to review your overall level of satisfaction and gauge whether there are any major changes that need to be made in the project in order to improve performance. You have direct access to the account managers, project managers and staff. We find that the more open communication there is – the more successful the project.
